I read the reviews put on by other users but chose to order them despite some of the negative comments. They are great! They are great quality, heavy duty, and are the perfect size. Very cool; though I had to return. I needed the star punch for employee name tags and it just couldn't get through the plastic. The heart punch mostly worked on the thicker material but wasn't work appropriate. Loved the cute punches; just needed one more industrial strength!
