being from the Southwest, finding good menido was difficult, here in Mississippi. stumbled across this one day at Walmart. thought I would give it a try. was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture. definitely not my mom or grandmas but they would still approve. added some El Pinto red chile sauce, oregano, fresh onion and lemon... was a comfort on a cold day.
