Id say it is worth $14.95, especially if you're into beading big time like I am right now because it is a unique addition to my huge bead collection:) It'd be great as a gift for maybe 7 yrs and up, it come with a good bit of strings and a great amount of lobster clasps(something I keep forgetting to purchase lol).
