Passing off used merchandise as new!

This item was used and had been returned numerous times and resold by the vendor Docheer. Since the vendor also sells on Amazon, there was a return slip from a previous customer in the box as well as numerous white labels on the box covering up the previous shipping addresses, it was in awful condition. If I could give negative stars, I would!
