Very displeased

I ordered this purple sweater because it was reasonable, and it looked cozy and warm and well mate to represent my mother going through the battle of pancreatic cancer only to receive it later than I was told, and then to get a sweater that was sold together as if a kindergarten had just learned how to sew. The buttons don't match up with the hooks so when you button it, it looks like they're either buttons missing or the hooks are out of place. This was very heartbreaking that somewhat. It would even sell someone such a terrible product. I will say this the material is very cozy, but it's a very disappointment regardless of whatever the price is to have something deliberately sold to someone and it was obvious that this item has a defect and was not made with Love the buttons were not aligned with the hooks.
