I have arthritic hands and this balm does give relief! It is not a cure but does ease the pain and seems to help swelling go down too. When it arrived it was oil, but the next day it is a balm!! It does have a scent but not overpowering or menthol.

And we mix it with a mint smelling hemp cream because the smell of frankincense and mirror is kind of strong. It has given her so much relief! We will certainly be buying it again.

This is a superior healing balm. There is no greasy residue left on your hands when you use it. I get amazing relief from pain in my legs, knees, elbows, neck and back when using the product.
