This charger cable works perfectly with my new HP OMNI X 17.3 inch laptop. It is the same build and quality of the charger cable that came with the laptop. The charger comes with the cord pictured, plus the electrical cord which plugs into the wall socket (not pictured). This additional charger is great to have so I don't have to undo the wiring under my desk whenever I bring my laptop home from work.

My original charger was fraying at the joins so I phoned HP Support for assistance in selecting the correct Charger for my old Laptop so I could have a reliable backup to my new Laptop. I received amazing assistance and although the original charger was no longer made, I was sent a replacement that would do the job and it does. I was assisted by 2 gentlemen in two different countries, and they were both helpful and courteous. They were both wonderful.
