Holy crap ... I stopped biting my nails !!! This stuff really hardens the nails in a just a few days. When I find myself trying to nibble on my nubs (usually while watching TV) I am no longer in a daze (usually unaware that I'm biting my nails) - but now, something about how this stuff hardens the nail, makes me aware of my bad habit.
