The frame was all bent up and the right lens is loose. When I took the frames in the first Walmart associate told me that it was in there tight and wouldn't come out but it fell out the next day. The second associate i talked to couldn't believe that the glasses were sent out like they were but said they couldn't fix the frame. I finally had a work colleague fix the frame. The only reason I ordered these glasses online was because I needed a pair of glasses right away and it was going to be several days before I could make it into the store. I wish now I would have waited as I didn't realize that single vision lenses are for seeing in the distance only and I wanted bifocals. This is my own fault as I didn't understand what they were talking about so I can't blame Walmart for this and I just have to consider this a lesson learned.
