I have had 2 neck surgeries a back surgery and multiple falls on my knee. I use this patch daily. On lower back and knee. I can recommend these because I have tried so many others. The Asperceam patch moves with you. It helps when sleeping and changes my day to manageable. The cream also works immediately numbs. The roll on is good too. If you have pain then this is for you. A perfect pain helper.

i will put 1 on wherever i hurt @ end of the day before i go to bed %26 when i wake up i feel much better than i did when i went to sleep. they say they are good for 8 hours but i keep it on for the rest of the day as well. i have put it on in the middle of the day %26 i can feel it helping to alleviate my pain. they wear wonderfully because they stay put but don't bother my skin. i have trouble w/some adhesives sometimes but i have never had any trouble with these patches leaving any marks or breaking out my skin. i have 1 complaint: i can't put tgem on my back myself, i have to get my mom to put them on my back. thats my ONLY complaint.
