(2 pack) Equate Gas Relief and Prevention Food Enzyme Capsules, 100 Count, Compare to Beano®

I'd taken advantage of lots of summer produce, which resulted in weeks of embarrassing gas and bloating. Products w/simethicone are prohibited for me, but this has no forbidden ingredients. I swallowed the small, smooth capsules before eating a fiber rich salad, and I had a degree of gas relief within a few hours. The product does not claim to solve the problems, but I believe it eases them.

Works as well as Beano, but for a lot cheaper. The capsules are very small, so easy to swallow. In dieting, I'm consuming a lot more artificial sweetners than I like, and they cause bloat (which also causes runny stools with the gas pushing out to escape). This helps to reduce the intestinal gas from all the sweeteners. During the day, and especially when quietly lying in bed, I'd hear my guts gurgling loudly. With this, a lot less gurgling, and a lot less pressure. Will try to reduce my intake of sweeteners (sure wish they'd switch to Stevia, a natural sweetener), so eventually I may not need this. Still need to lose another 20 pounds to get to my ideal weight. With my rate of weight loss, that should be in about 3 months, unless I hit another plateau in weight loss. Going to the gym helps along with all the yardwork this time of year. Until then, I'd like to not hearing my gut churn all day long, and when in bed trying to sleep. This seems to help reduce the bloat.
