After they got done I found a leak under the sink. and it was starting to Warp the wood so I decided to order this mat to protect the cabinet. well long story short they came out to fix the leak. and after the week got fixed I put the new pad underneath the sink. So glad I had this in place and hadn't put a lot of other stuff under the sink when I had a small leak. I was able to identify where the water came from and eliminate the problem myself. I had to tear out a kitchen when a leak developed mold under a cabinet in my home years ago. This is an inexpensive way to prevent troubles if you check it once in a while.
