These are easy to swallow. Finally I'm not avoiding taking my calcium because I hated those big white chalky pills. Especially if you're like me and already have to take alot of pills in one day. finally, a calcium supplement that isn't gigantic. Having said that you need to get take twice as many but the shape and the fact that they are coated makes it worth it. I recommend to anyone that needs a calcium tablet to try these. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.
