Pure Encapsulations PureLean Fiber

This fiber powder blend has prebiotics to promote microflora balance, gut function and weight management. I appeciate that it is Gluten-free, Non-GMO and hypoallergenic. You use two scoops in your beverage, stir well and drink it promptly. I can take it with water but it is fairly gritty so you might prefer orange juice or something with taste to it. The important thing is - does it work. It certainly does. When the gut isn't sluggish you feel so much better. I had no cramping as some of these things will produce. It is made in the USA too. I'd recommend it.

Pleasant taste. Worked quickly

I wasn't sure what I expected from this supplement. I've always used the name brand orange flavored fiber supplement and I was apprehensive about trying this one. The label states that it's tasteless but in the past that hasn't been true with other products. I was very pleased. It has a slight berry taste but it's so slight. Better than tasteless really. It works well also. In just a few hours. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it does give me a bit of a stomach ache.

Extra fiber

This fiber powder is a great way to get more in your diet. It has a pleasant taste and mixes up easily into whatever beverage you're drinking. I had it in both water & juice and it was nice in both. Most importantly, it's a great way to get the extra fiber benefits in your diet.
