Pure Encapsulations PureLean Fiber

This fiber powder blend has prebiotics to promote microflora balance, gut function and weight management. I appeciate that it is Gluten-free, Non-GMO and hypoallergenic. You use two scoops in your beverage, stir well and drink it promptly. I can take it with water but it is fairly gritty so you might prefer orange juice or something with taste to it. The important thing is - does it work. It certainly does. When the gut isn't sluggish you feel so much better. I had no cramping as some of these things will produce. It is made in the USA too. I'd recommend it.

Good if you are having constipation issues

This product will help if you are having acostipation issues. If you can't frequently go to the bathroom. The product contains a good amount of fiber and vitamins that will help easy the flow. I usually take it with an orange and it really improves my frequncy. The texture is granular and it does have a mild flavor.

Just what my body needed

This Pure Encapsulations PureLean Fiber | Powdered Blend of Soluble and Insoluble Fibers to Promote Weight Management** | 12.2 Ounces* is just what I was looking for. It helps keep me consistent with going through the bathroom and makes me feel like it's cleaning my body out. Easily blends into my water and doesn't taste horrible.
