I gave a 1 star on taste...i didnt get this to eat! lol. This stuff is magic spray for me! I have pain in knees, shoulder and elbows and this stuff is so awesome!! It has a light smell (to me it smells like a minty vanilla) that is not horrible like some menthol sprays. It sprays on lightly and keeps pain at bay instantly! I have several cans of this stuff in my drawer at work and in the car and at home!
