Great substitute for Metamucil

This is a great Product and a cheaper substitute for Metamucil. It tastes almost identical, and it dissolves easily in water. Also, the taste is comparable to Metamucil. I'm on my third container. I consider this a great alternative to Metamucil.

It may seem gross but it not all that bad,also its bad be bloated so you need relief from constapation.Constapation can make you sick if it goes on long enough.I may buy some more later.
