I have always loved the 874 work pants, but for an office casual environment, they just didn't fit the bill. After seeing these I bought a pair just to see if they would work and boy did they. Very professional look and feel. Not as thick as the 874 pants. The tapered leg is perfect. The description says the pants sit slightly lower on the waist which I would have to disagree with. I'm 6'2 and they sit right at my waist. One other issue I found is the length. I normally buy a 32" inseam, but with these pants, I had to go with a 30" inseam. After my intial purchase I jumped on and bought 3 more. Would like to see more colors added in the future.

I have enjoyed and loved all of the products I have purchased. These, for example, I had to buy at 32" in seam and then shorten to 31". I just wish more of your pants had 32" W and 31" L.

Excellent material

I bought these because they are available in a darker color than the 874 work pants. I wear them in an office / customer environment with a tie and vest. The fabric has a little less texture than the 874 which can be a good thing. Some colors of the 874 don't age well because the texture wears, others age fine. I will probably order a pair of the relaxed fit to see the difference. Also, those like me who need an odd size inseam. I usually wear 30 or 31 waist and a 31 inseam. I ordered these in 32w30i and they fit perfectly. I read online that increasing the waist makes the legs hang a little longer and it works perfectly for me. I also have room for a few more cheeseburgers now which is always a good thing.
