Warranty information
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship within one year of the original purchase date. Great Violin Cases will either replace your case with a new case of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your case. Our warranty does not constitute a warranty for the life of the product. Gewa instrument cases are quality-made yet they are not indestructible. Therefore, our warranty does not include product damage resulting from user error or accidental damage of the product. Components of the cases will show wear over time with normal use, which is not included in our warranty.
