No need to habitually take them daily

After many years of having serious gut problems, in which my gut just ain't absorbing nutrients properly. I have found Centrum to have the most noticeable effect for me. It is NOT an "alternative medicine!" But, for me, it is very helpful for staying well. (note; It will not make you well like all the snake oil supplements claim. It can simply help those who are in need.)

These multivitamins from Centrum are for men under 55 yrs. old and the price is a good value. These are not gummies, these are the hard tablets/ capsules.....maybe difficult for some to swallow. You should drink a couple of full glasses of water with them. Great price, great for your health and great for your budget also. I usually purchase them from Walmart because of the value and availability.
