Terrible customer service

Tried to get help with product . I thought at first I had wrong hardware package. Left message with Walmart Online customer service. They were able to reach out to the company, but after that no response. I reached out to company myself as well. No response. Will not buy from again. Ended up discovering on my own , they had put in wrong assembly book. Was able to figure out how to put together without any direction.
