Vita Biotics GREAT PRODUCT
I have used these for almost 30 years. Prior to that I used to get sick almost every year. Now if I Know I have been exposed to something I take 3 or 4 doses 8 hours apart. If I get the first sign that I am coming down with something I take 2 every 2 hours for 2 days and I never catch whatever was trying to get me. I have not had a cold or the flu since I found vita biotics and never had a flu shot. It did not work on covid but I think it might have been worse if I hadn't used it. Always take with food. I have taken a lot of supplements and if I had to pick one that works miracles this would be the one!

Excellent!
I am thrilled to find this fabulous product in capsule form. I used to take them years ago but due to a swallowing issue I was no longer able to take the tablets from the past. Ingredients are wonderful and really work. A great alternative to antibiotics for chronic sinus infections.

Excellent!
My daughter has been using this product to get her thru the winter colds, flu, etc. She takes it daily and prefers the capsules rather than tablets. It has the right amount of vitamins and other antioxidants and doesn't upset her stomach.
