Poor customer service

I purchased the canopy for my daughter 16th birthday brunch in Sept. Putting it up of course. took a couple of people because it's so big but it worked very well. Three of the poles bent and contacted the seller to see if i could get replacements so i could use it again. Was on communication to get replacements and the seller stated i would have to pay $20 by paypal for shipping because i had bought it more than a month before. That was no issuebut never received a response after agreeing. Followed up with the seller several times and no response. I now have a canopy i wont be able to use again.
