Basically it was a good experience. Well packaged, however, as was mentioned by prior customers in their comments there were missing parts. I can't believe you haven't figured out how to fix that problem. There were 4 missing screws. Fortunately we had a selection of screws in our house so we found something that could be substituted, but most would not have those laying around. FIX THE PROBLEM…..How many times do you have to be told there are missing parts. It took 2 of us about 3-4 hours to complete putting it together.

This is a beautiful modern sideboard. I gave it four stars because it is hard to put together. Some hardware was missing, and we had a hard time getting through the customer service, and we could not speak to a live person.
