Hydraulic Spin-on Baldwin BT8391

I ordered (2) BT 8391 filters and received AN BT839-10 which is a completely different filter . After I received the item ,I looked at other reviews and the exact same thing. I called the seller and he said he would remove listing but never did. Also apparently he was doing the same thing for over a year. The question is why Walmart allows this . Also why does the seller continue to sell these even though he knows he is sending the wrong item ?

I ordered filter BT8391, which has 1-1/8-16 threads. Received BT 839-10, which has 1-12 threads. They are not compatible. This site won't allow me to upload a photo of the wrong filter.
