This did not melt me heart

Not impressed. The warmer worked for a few weeks, this is with regular usage. The holder itself started melting. Though it is metal, the metal is coated in a softer material, and that is what starting melting. The inner part of the ceramic stained and the ceramic exterior started chipping. Try something else.
