Warm and Soft

When I received this product it was two left shoes and it wasn't true to its size. My daughter wears a size two. I ordered 2-3. Her heal still hung over. Also l didn't like how I found out that this product is sold by a third party. So when I went to return them they told me that I had to package the item and they would pay for shipping and handling. I still have to wait for my refund. Once the third party receives the item back then I'll get reimbursed my money.
