NOT AND EXACT FIT...
The outside dimensions of the seal are off.. I had to use a die grinder and sand down about a 3/16" off of the length and width... if it was someone without mechanical aptitude/skil they might have butchered or returned it, as that is what I would have down and buy from another source...
