I have been a customer

I have been a customer of alen air purifiers for 10 years maybe more, once I had to send back a purifier after 5 years and it was replaced with no questions, I have always been happy with the performance of these quality machines, and they were number 1 according to CR. I was so happy with them that when there was a sale i purchased a 2nd one. I have c.o.p.d. so clean air is very important to me, and I can feel the difference if it is not in use.

I have severe dust allergies.

I have severe dust allergies. I keep a very clean home, however my apartment building was built in the early 1940's, and even with the remodeling that was done, the vents have never been cleaned. Before owning the Alen air purifier, within an hour in my apartment, I would be sneezing, coughing, runny nose and headaches. Two nights of sleep left me with a respiratory infection that lasted a week. In addition to requesting the building maintenance clean the vents, I purchased this filter and haven't experienced any symptoms since then. It has completely changed my life. Thank you!

Alen Breathsmart Hepa

Although we returned the Breathsmart unit because it was too large for the space available, the unit was very effective during the short time we had it. Alen Company was very nice to work with and the return process very easy. We did reorder 2 T500 purifiers which are just as efficient and work much better for our two story home.
