Cheesy and not a good workout at all

I was expecting it to be at least a "good" workout full of dancing and learning new moves. It was not a good workout, I did sweat a little due to the fact that it was very warm in the room. You learn "stripper" moves, but after each move or combo (below low impact aerobics) you rest for 30 seconds. There were A LOT of rests. I wish I picked another aerobics program. I honestly don't see how you can lose inches off it. Don't waste your money!!!
