they should send a parts sheet with saw for extra batteries, bar, chains, and chargers. they should state the type of bar oil thats best to use, weight, type. saw cuts great, easy to handle. batteries don't last to long when making cuts on 16" logs. need more batteries to continue to cut while other batteries are charging. typically only got 5 cuts on 16" log.

The rating and review are based on the price. The saw is actually well built and sturdy. It cuts great, I have a bunch of 6-10 inch pine trees I need to remove and this saw does about as good as my 30cc gas saw. The automatic bar oil system works very well, I would imagine one fill of the reservoir would last about as long as one charge of the batteries. I topped it off when I checked and it was still more than half full. Don't expect to cut wood all day on one charge. I dropped about 7 trees about 30 feet tall, trimmed the branches and cut two up into 4 foot sections to carry off before the batteries needed to be charged. It will cut full power right to the last cut then it's dead. My plan was to cut one tree down, into pieces and dig around the stump and cut to below ground level and bury what's left. And this saw will do that just fine. I haven't timed how long the batteries take to charge but it's probably 6 hours. And still, for what I got this saw for, that's completely fine with me. This was also a test purchase to see what a battery powered chainsaw can do. And I was pretty impressed. I did use hearing protection but probably could have cut without them, the sound level isn't bad. It comes with 3 chains, tool to tighten bar, chain sharpening file, eye protection and a cheap pair of gloves that I would suggest not to use due to lack of grip. So, for the money and after one useage until the batteries needed to be recharged, I give 5 stars.

This was a great investment. The batteries have lasted me about 8 hrs before it needs to be charged. it does take quite a while to change them, but for a whole days work it's not an issue.Comes with 3 chains, gloves %26 goggles it cuts quicly too! (LOL, I forgot to mention that earlier)
