Back Pain Relief
After spending a day at Zion National Park, these helped my back from going stiff and kept me warm during the chilly morning. I keep a couple of extras on hand in case my back acts up. I'm 5'1 and 120 LBS and the S-M fit me great. I can wear the L-XL as well if I tighten the belt a bit.
Put one of these on during my menstrual cycle and helped with the pain while at work. I wore it on my back for a while then turned it around to use on lower abdomen. Very nice heat without having to plug in a heating pad. Easy to use while working, traveling, etc.
