This product has absolutely ended sugar cravings. I tested it by taking 2 capsules, waiting 10 minutes, then eating one bite of a chocolate candy bar every 10 minutes. The first bite was bland, but not as sweet as usual. Each successive test gave me less sweetness and more blandness. After about 30 minutes, I could taste no sugar at all. There is slingering aftertaste that isn't unpleasant, but it's enough to remind me that sugar doesn't taste sweet any more. The most effective use for me is to take 2 per day, one mid morning and one mid afternoon to control sugar cravings all day. so far, so good! Delivery was faster than expected - 3 business days, not counting Sat and Sun. THe most economical way to buy is the 4 pack.
