They're very sturdy %26 well made. I like they adjust to many height. I short 5ft %26 the lowest setting is perfect. I had been using a cane but it was still hard to get around with a bad hip %26 being in pain. With these I can easily get around quicker %26 with even balance %26 no pain on my hip. They have helped me get to skinny places with no difficulties. I'm so happy I bought these. 10 out 10 for them! 👍😊
