Going to return it at the store. I bought this because I need a bustier for my large, heavy breast (42H) to wear under a dress. Because of the 2nd image, I ordered a 6XL. My bust is 50 inches, my waist is 40inches. It's too big, my boobs push it out. I can't make the 6xl tighter, thus it's too loose. The walmart size guide puts me at 3XL. My husband suggested going for a 4xl. But, I'm just going to return it to buy something "sturdier." For "BED" it's ok. It actually came with an uncomfortable looking thong. My reasoning for not buying the smaller size, is because it has a stretch to it. I feel that if i get a smaller one and tightened it, it might tear. I think for comfort in bed and not restrictive, order one size down according to your measurements on the second image. For reference, I'm 5'2" 220lbs. Hourglass shape, 42H bra. bust 50" waist 40." I would buy the 5xl for comfort in "bed."
