Boss Square Back Diamond Stacking Chair W/Arm In Black Caressoft offers a modern-style chair for the home or office. These Boss Office Chairs measure 23.5" W x 23" D x 30.5" H and stack up to four chairs high, which will save space when the seats aren't in use. The powder coated steel frames are extremely durable, and even though the chair is only 18 pounds, it is capable of holding up to 250 pounds. The waterfall seat and tapered legs are designed to reduce stress and the molded arm caps add comfort. The upholstery is made of vinyl, which makes cleaning a breeze.

When used and maintained properly, they will provide you with years of satisfaction. NORSTAR chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components and control mechanisms. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for TWENTY-FOUR months. All electronic components for the heating units have a 180 day warranty period.

45 bucks and it is a comfortable chair!
bought 2 for office. They are great! really, just buy them you will like them for the price. When assembling the key is to first thread every screw into it's hole then back it out, this clears all the debris and straightens bad threads. Then assemble chair with only threading the screw one or two turns so you have wiggle room to get all the holes to line up. once it is together go bak and tighten them all down. The holes are not perfect, some 1/4 - 1/2" off, but if you push and pull you will get it.

Great so far
The chair arrived very quickly. Assembly was a snap. I like the look and construction of the chair, but furniture is a long-term purchase. Ask my opinion in five years.
