Verified Purchase

Battery terminals smashed

Upon opening the box I discovered that the positive terminal was bent askew and the negative terminal was completely mashed flat. This damage was not due to shipping even though the package was 3 days late and was in the truck lying on it side. I immediately took it to Walmart who shipped it back to Omnihop. I was informed that it would take 3 weeks to get my refund.
