Love the bottle love the homeopath medication
Arnica is excellent for pain due to injury of muscle sprain or finger caught in the door or toe caught on a chair, after dental work and the lid is great twist 2-3 into the lid, tip it over and you can put the globules right under the tongue. Cause you know homeopathy you're not to touch or get wet or it will activate the rest of the globules, so that's a plus plus in my book not to waist the strength of the all natural remedy.

I've been using Arnica for 15 years or more. It helps with bone and muscle pain. Sometimes it takes it away in a few minutes other times depending on the severity it takes a few more hours and more pill popping. These little pills dissolve in your mouth under your tongue.
