I tried this after having used the pricier Ancient Minerals Magnesium for a couple of months, and the only significant difference is in the price. Quality is on the same level, and Swanson Ultra Magnesium Oil is so much less expensive, it's a no-brainer. This is the best value on the market for Mag. Oil... thanks Swanson!!!

very impressed
I read an article about how necessary magnesium is for the body, but that in the oral form, its hard for our body to use. I checked out other sources for the magnesium oil but Swanson had the lowest price, Of course the high quality is just what I've come to expect from Swanson. It has been very very effective for me.
