Saved our computer!

We've had the TrippLite UPS on one of our user's computers for years! Today, we had a menacing storm accompanied by a slight power surge. Sure enough, the UPS took the surge and saved our computer! As if that wasn't enough, upon calling TrippLite to help diagnose an issue with a battery, customer service was extremely polite and helpful and I didn't wait on hold AT ALL! You don't find this these days! Thank you for your service and product!

Replacement battery backup system

I did not personally choose this product - it was just a replacement of the same exact item that "went bad". However, it couldn't have been easier to install - simply plug it in. No battery to connect. I am also pleased with the fact that it is small and lightweight.
