We received the screen and had no trouble mounting it. After pulling it down we realized there were wrinkles along the bottom of the screen that created two large waves that angle down each side of the screen to the defective wrinkled section at the bottom. After sending 4 different pictures to the mfg I was informed that they did not see any grounds for replacing this budget-level screen. They also planned to get the overseas mfg plant's opinion but I emailed and told them not to bother. I plan to contact Walmart and get their advice regrading the best resolution of this issue. Overall, the wrinkles, waves and terrible customer support make an otherwise good screen bad. I was amazed to have a vendor tell me that a defective screen was not really defective from their perspective. Each time I see the picture waving across the screen I am reminded of the defect.

I ordered a screen that was supposed to be 16 x9. When it came it was square. We had to hang it up and use it because we did not have time to return it and get something else. We hung it and as soon as it was hung the screen rolled down and broke. The screen will not roll up or down. Very disappointed in this product.
