It took longer than expected to receive my item. Contacted client support and asked to concel the order but it still came yesterday. Since I haven't buy another one I will kepp this. The seller never answer back so I never knew what was happening. It is a good quality mattress protector, so regarding the product I have nothing bad to say. But the seller needs to improvea the follow up and communication with client.
