These hold wrists firmly with my carpal tunnel in both hands. PT recommended long splints like these for providing better stability than short ones. I wear these at night and bought a shorter, more flexible pair for day, as needed. Of course, if I'm having a really painful day these go back on.

Would like another pair. Have bad carpal tunnel and when in pain slip these on, straightens the wrist and eases the pain. OT sd get these longer ones for more support of wrists. Wear these every night so I get sleep.
