This is the perfect base for homemade hot and sour soup. Add some shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots, white pepper, eggs and green onions and it's as good as a restaurant!

I love this and will keep on hand in my storage shelves as long as I can afford it. That is the only thing... it is pricey but I can afford a couple of packages on the shelf.
