I just got this and I'm so excited because I think it works really well. I feel the muscles work and tighten in my stomach so I guess it's a promising sign that it will give me a 6 pack real soon! hehe I will use it for a couple of months and I'll update the before and after. I am really excited to have found this cheat way to get abs and exercise while watching tv or doing dishes. My daughter and I are both using it and are enjoying it so far. I like the powerful shock but yet soft enough to endure it. you can play with the modes to see what is best for you. The stickers are sticky but gentle on the skin. when I took them off it didn't irritate the skin, it's like a silicon glue that's good enough for sensitive skin and you can rise and still sticks well even after many uses. I put the little ones under my arms where I need more work as i get older it gets a little saggy so hopefully this will do the job. just a warning... start from the snaked song and work your way up. Don't think because it is small it's not powerful. Be careful as it really works! also open the bag gently so you don't rip it like I did because you'll need it to keep them nicely ptotected.
