the flange that allows you to "step it in" and keeps the post upright and stable...is supposed to be welded or bolted on...THESE ARE NOT, there is a fake bolt on one side of the post, and they may have been glued on...but the flanges were loose in the box, and one of the posts is benr (even though there is no damage to the shipping box)...
