Due to some issues during transportation, some goods were intercepted by customs and not allowed to be released. I will pay back money to you. / This is the biggest tale I've heard recently! I called customer service, and an agent (guy) told me the jacket would arrive before Christmas, so don't worry!!!! Emails to state the jacket was on the way, not intercepted. How dumb does this man think I am???? The agent advised me he checked my order, and it was with the carrier. The tale of interception is not the truth!!!!
