A complete waste of time and money

The pricing and pictures looked great for what I needed. However after 6 frustrating hours of trying to assemble it, I literally had to take this heap of junk to the salvage yard. The instructions were horrible. I enlisted the help of a handyman and we got the stanchions assembled, but the cross members were the wrong angle, screw holes did not align. My engineer neighbor weighed in that the support brackets were incorrect. I live on an Island so getting it back to Walmart would have cost as much as the pile of junk did, so had to toss it.
