Great Replacement Bulb

These replacement bulbs may only work in older 3 cell flashlights. If you have a light with a bulb, not the new Xenon replacement, be sure to not lose the retainer cup that holds the bulb in. The retainer cap for the Xenon setup will not fit over the LED bulb without enlarging the top to allow the bulb to fit. The LED replacements are inexpensive and it seems to work very well.

What happened to incandescent bulbs?

It's a good, bright bulb. The only downside of an LED bulb, is the inability to adjust the beam from a wide spread out one to a concentrated single one, depending how much light you need. Also, there's a dark spot in the center of the light. I'm not so sure these bulbs are made for Maglite flashlights. If only I can find an incandescent bulb.
