General Information

  • The ATH-SR6BTBK Wireless Over-Ear Headphones let you enjoy amazing, high-fidelity audio whether you choose to listen over a traditional wired connected or via Bluetooth wireless technology. The headphones are compatible with Qualcomm aptX, AAC and SBC codecs, and connect easily with smartphones, tablets, music players, and other devices. Adding devices in the headphones' memory is made even easier with NFC (Near Field Communication) functionality, which enables touch pairing and connection with any compatible device.

    The ATH-SR6BTBK features powerful 45 mm drivers that are capable of reproducing Hi-Res Audio (5-40,000 Hz frequency response) when used with the included 1.2 m (3.9') cable. The cable is equipped with mic and controls so it can also be used to operate devices in areas where Bluetooth wireless technology is prohibited or when headphone battery power is low. For wireless use, the headphones have a mic and volume/control switch built into the left earcup, making it easy to answer calls, adjust volume and handle music and video playback (play, pause, fast-forward, reverse, next/previous track).

    The ATH-SR6BTBK's comfortable over-ear design provides excellent sound isolation for the best listening experience in both wireless and wired modes. When travelling, the earcups fold in on the headband for a space-saving fit in the included carrying pouch.

    The headphones' internal lithium polymer battery provides approximately 30 hours of continuous use (1,000 hours in standby mode) and can be recharged using the included 1.0 m (3.3') USB charging cable.

Good Headphones. Nice Price.

These are very nice headphones, especially considering the price paid. A few reviews indicated that the volume was insufficient, but I haven't found that to be the case, and my hearing overall isn't that great. They're well made and comfortable, and the only slight complaint I have is that they could fit a little tighter, but other than that they're good. #sweepstakes

Amazing set of headphones.

I've been using m50x for a long time since no other brands could satisfy me with the clarity of the sounds; I mostly listen to hard rock/heavy metal/AoR/Some 80s 90s Europos and audio clarity is the highest priority for me. Any artificial bass or saturation over the file is a complete no no and this one delivers the crystal clear sound as the file delivers. I mostly use this with my phone LG V20 which delivers the HiFi through it's' quad DAC so I am able to get the full range of the sound over the wire and no single drop upto 10m wtih 320kbps vbr at 16bit files over BT. Controlling is super easy, no rocket science, to the point button arrangements; on/off switch, volume slider which is track changer as well and push to play/pause... Love the simplicity. Comfortable cushioned headband supported by the metal bracket, no wobbly parts or hinges and well finished. It does not leak the sound as well and isolate most of the noise from the outside. ATH SR6BT, for this price range, is definitely the best of it's kind. Bottom line: If you are punk/hip hop/millenial pop lover then ATHs are NOT for you because AT does not twist the sound by adding bass or cutting down the mid and/or high end of frequencies. If you love to listen to your tracks as it is with clarity, don't look otherwise, JUST GET IT...

This is the best wireless headphones you can buy under $300.

This is the best wireless headphone you can get for under $300. They are very comfortable, have excellent sound quality and they are so darn good looking. It is one refined product. Even the packing is impressive. I like how they fold up and I appreciate it came with a elegant storage bag. Very high quality at a very good price.
