IFJF THERMOSTAT FAILED TO WORK

when properly connected, it would only operate the fan on the AC unit. No control for AC or furnace. I had a minor problem with my original dometic thermostat, but had to reinstall it after the IFJF failed to work. The old original returned control to the AC and furnace.
